The hotel is situated in an odd placed area down an almost dirt road, not feeling real safe or comfortable. However, it offers a lot of restaurants and shopping nearby. The rooms had a functional TV and microwave but were musty smelling, dusty, and worn. The staff seemed indifferent or oblivious to issues. Breakfast lacked choices and amenities. Wi-Fi had to be requested after complaining. Price did not match the overall experience.
My stay at Townplace Suites on Harbison Rd had its ups and downs. The rooms were functional but had a musty smell and seemed worn. The service was a mixed bag, with some staff members being extremely nice while others appeared indifferent to issues. The location wasn't the best, lacking comfort and safety, but it did offer plenty of dining and shopping options. The dining experience left much to be desired, needing more choices and improvements. Overall, the facilities had their flaws, but some positive aspects shone through.
